25-Minute FULL BODY WORKOUTS

Equipment needed: timer/stopwatch

All you'll need is a little bit of space (about the size of a yoga mat) and a timer/stopwatch. The workout includes a short warm up and cool down and an opportunity to work all of your major muscle groups!

Equipment needed: timer/stopwatch + a dumbbell

For this 25-minute workout, you'll need a little space (yoga-mat sized), a timer/stopwatch, and a dumbbell (probably 10-25lbs). The warm up and cool down are included in the 25 minutes.

​

After the warm up, count how many sprinter sit-ups you can do in 30 seconds. For each consecutive block, you'll do that many sprinter sit-ups.

If you finish a block early, hold a plank until time is up!

Take a 1-minute break between each block.

Need an extra challenge? Do 30 seconds of jumping jacks during the 1-minute recovery.

For this workout, there are 4 pairs of exercises. You will do each exercise in the pair for 30 seconds then rest for 30 seconds. After the 4th pair, you will rest for 1 minute before starting again. Complete 3 rounds then move on to the cool down!
